A
dynamic twenty-six hour offsite workshop for teams, based on Peter Lencioni’s
book, “Five Dysfunctions of a Team”, focused
on increasing the cohesiveness of the team – “the single most untapped
competitive advantage for any organization”.
This workshop is designed to:
Build trust
Establish accountability
Establish a viable conflict model
Get clear committment
Improve team cohesiveness and reults
Who
could benefit from this workshop?
Best suited for single teams including Supervisor and Direct Reports, although up to two levels of reports in one larger team can also work. Optimal number of participants for the workshop is from 6-16 people.
